Terms & Conditions
Video Competition
- Open to all students in Southeast Asia countries
- Minimum duration is 1 minute, maximum duration is 3 minutes
- Video can be recorded in any Serumpun languages (Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, etc;), subtitle should be included
- Video can be created by individuals or teams
- Submission of more than 1 video is allowed, 1 submission is for 1 video
- The video submitted must be an original work
- Citation must be included when necessary
- Video should not contain copyrighted background audio
- The video format allowed is MP4 only
- Participants MUST fill out the registration form and upload the video at the registration link https://bit.ly/regnusantara
- Participants are ENCOURAGED to submit MORE than one video with different video content. However, participants will need to fill in a new registration link for each additional video
- The videos that has been submitted to this competition will also be the part of Waqaf/Donation to i-WIN Library. So the participant must submit the Letter of Consent
- The decision of the competition organizers is final and no appeal will be considered
- All winners will be officially announced and notified by the competition organizer on a stated date
- Authors must declare the authenticity of their videos through Declaration of Authenticity Letter

Article Competition
- Open to all students in Southeast Asia countries
- Minimum words are 750 words, no maximum words
- Article can be in any Serumpun languages (Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, etc.)
- Article can be created by individuals or teams
- Submission of more than 1 article is allowed, 1 submission is only for 1 article
- The article submitted must be an original piece
- Citation must be included when necessary
- Article can be in essay form, opinion, scientific journal, college assignment, etc.
- Articles will be published on i-WIN Library website
- Authors retain the copyright of their writings
- Articles must be authentic!
- Articles have not been submitted yet in any similar competition, and must not contain plagiarism
- Participants MUST fill out the registration form and upload the video at the registration link https://bit.ly/regnusantara
- Articles have not been published in any platform
- The article must contain at least: Title, Author, Introduction, Discussion, Conclusion and Bibliography
- Authors must declare the authenticity of their writings through Declaration of Authenticity Letter
- The decision of the competition organizers is final and no appeal will be considered
- The article that has been submitted to this competition will also be the part of Waqaf/Donation to i-WIN Library. So the participant must submit the Letter of Consent
