Forensic linguistics focuses on word choice and spelling, this can be useful in resolving language crimes, trademark infringement. The research objectives in this article are; (1) describe the linguistics of trademarks, (2) describe the problems trademark disputes that exist in Indonesia and understand the importance of linguistic experts in trademark issues. The method used in this study is qualitative, the data sources in this study are trademark cases in Indonesia and those that have been decided by the Constitutional Court.
