Abstract : Refugee and Immigrant Children frequently encounter distinctive challenges that significantly affect their overall well-being and development. Largely, these challenges can be broadly categorized into educational, social, psychological, and legal challenges, and each of these presents unique obstacles that demand comprehensive and compassionate solutions. These challenges are multifaceted and interlinked and therefore, necessitate coordinated efforts from policymakers, educational institutions, families, and communities to address them effectively. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of some of the challenges encountered by immigrant and refugee children. It also offers an insight into unveiling stages of experience, support systems, and resilience factors that serve as protective shields and sources of hope for those immigrant children.
