Abstract: Economic crimes are crimes that are committed against the country and are either done with this intention or this action causes disruption in the country’s economic system. Actually, it is not a crime that has economic characteristics, but it is a crime that has bad economic effects and consequences. Disruption in the economic system is one of the most important characteristics of economic crimes. A number of financial crimes can be considered economic crimes if they are committed on a large scale with the aim of hitting the economy and the economic system. The most important goal of the current research is the prevention of economic crime policies and criminal support for the country’s economic system. Finally, it can be concluded that economic crimes are one of the most important human fields and are one of the sources of crime in criminal law. In the context of repressive approach, in criminal justice, two concepts of differential trial and proportionality of crime and punishment play a significant role, punishments are foreseen in the law, the highest level of which is execution. which is mostly applied in a floating form and in case of proof of war, corruption in the land and general disturbance in the country.
